Refund policy

Porceliana sells to the trade: cabinet shops, showrooms, designers, contractors and distributors with an approved Porceliana trade account.

Returns

• Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
• Returns carry a 15% restocking fee.
• Special orders and items ordered on backorder for your project are final sale.
• Return freight is paid by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

How to start a return

Email sales@porceliana.com or call (310) 405-0248 with your order number. We issue a return authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RA number can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Inspect your order at delivery or pickup. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and tell us within 5 business days with photos. We replace or credit damaged, defective or incorrect items at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method, or credit your trade account, less the restocking fee, within 10 business days.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled through Porceliana. Contact your account manager with the order number, part number and photos.
