Will-call pickup

Pick up free at our warehouse, 13303 Louvre St, Pacoima, CA 91331, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We email you when your order is ready, usually within one business day.

Southern California delivery

Orders of $1,500 or more ship free to Southern California addresses, usually next business day from our Pacoima warehouse. Smaller Southern California orders are delivered at cost; we confirm the delivery charge for your approval before we ship.

Outside Southern California

We ship by LTL freight or parcel, whichever is most economical for your order. Freight is billed at cost. We email the freight quote for your approval before your order leaves the warehouse, and nothing ships until you approve it.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within one business day. Backordered items ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse; your account manager confirms the expected date when you order.

Receiving your order

Inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Report damage within 5 business days with photos so we can file the claim and replace the items.
